1. Annual membership dues are $1800 and are due in full by April 1st. They include the spring gobbler season. Memberships unpaid by April 30th will be dropped from the club roster. Each membership includes the immediate, dependent family of the member, i.e. spouse and children. They may participate in hunts at no extra charge. Adult children, siblings or extended family of the paid member must purchase a separate membership. Members are allowed to invite guests who may hunt for a fee of $50.00 per day, paid in advance. A maximum of two guests per member at any one time will be allowed.
2. A map of the club land along with a pin board and log book is located at the main campground. To select a hunting location, all hunters must place their pin on a stand on the club map and enter their name on the log book. If you are not hunting on a plot, but close to it, please place a pin on that plot so fellow members will not hunt there. Each hunter should be on his /her stand before daylight and stay until at least 8:30 AM CST. Evening hunts commence no later than 3:00 PM CST and continue to pitch dark.
3. Member pins are green in color, guest pins are yellow. Members may reserve a stand only for themselves, not for others. It is the responsibility of each member / guest to remove their respective pins from the board after hunting. Removing another’s pin or pinning more than one stand is not allowed. All hunters are limited to four consecutive days of hunting on any one club stand.
4. No scouting or driving around the properties is allowed once the season starts, except on a stand a member has pinned. 4-wheelers / ATV’s are to be utilized to travel to and from hunts and to retrieve game only. Joy riding is not permitted on any club property at any time, on or off season.
5. Bag limits are defined by Alabama law. Baiting with corn or other forms of food source is specifically prohibited by law. Dependent children under 16 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult.
6. All deer harvested must be weighed in and dressed at the cooler / skinning shed. A data sheet is maintained there to record statistics of each harvest and members may store their deer in the refrigerated cooler at no charge. Entrails and scraps from the deer are to be hauled to a dump site located on the road to food plot #6.
7. Memberships include the use of the club RV Park at no charge, which provides garbage disposal (during season only), electricity, water and sewer hook ups. No electric heaters are allowed. Members in good standing may leave their RV’s at the park year around at no cost. Off season stays, however, will incur a fee of $5.00 per day, and you must dispose of your garbage. Water and electricity must be disconnected when not staying at the park, on or off season, and it is advisable to drain all water lines to avoid freezing.
8. Unpaid members who have been dropped from the roster must remove their RV’s from the park by May 30th after the close of the current season. A $5.00 per day storage charge will be assessed after the 30th, and any RV left over 30 additional days will be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Alabama state law unless prior arrangements are made.
It is the responsibility of all hunters to regularly check the bulletin board located at the main campground for new information or operational changes throughout the hunting season.
